Daniel is a passionate employment attorney focusing exclusively on workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, and wage and hour issues. He regularly represents clients before federal and state courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC). During law school, Daniel most recently worked as a law clerk for a firm in Toledo, Ohio, where he assisted with various transactional and civil litigation matters, including the areas of employment law, business and commercial law, and personal injury. In that role, he also assisted with business contracts for a mid-sized manufacturing corporation. Prior to his experience working in a law firm, Daniel was a legal extern to the Honorable Thomas J. Osowik for the Sixth District Court of Appeals.

In addition to his legal practice, Daniel enjoys competitive sports, having played soccer at Ohio Wesleyan University, traveling, and speaking Spanish. He is also a member of the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, the Ohio Association for Justice, and the Columbus Bar Association.
